SBA 7(A) AND SBA EXPRESS PROGRAMS
These loans can offer improved structure over conventional bank loans with maturities from 5-25 years for loans up to $5 million. Typical uses include:

- Equipment up to 100%
- Working capital

504 LOAN PROGRAM
The SBA 504 loan program allows us to partner with the SBA to provide long-term real estate and fixed-asset financing for companies meeting economic development goals.
